Delivery times depend on your location and the product type.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, courier issues, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time.

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.

Bookings for our one-on-one baking sessions or group workshops must be made in advance.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your purchase.
