At Neighbour Baker, all our items are baked fresh to order. We strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of every product. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how deliveries are handled.

1. Delivery Timelines

Pre-Booked Fresh Bakery Orders

Most items at our bake house are pre-booked, and the delivery date is confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery is made strictly on the scheduled date and time slot discussed during order confirmation.

Packed/Non-Perishable Items

For certain packaged items where same-day delivery is not required:

Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch. These timelines may vary depending on your location or courier delays.

2. Dispatch & Handling Time

Standard handling and dispatch time is 24–48 hours after the order is placed. For pre-booked fresh bakery items, preparation begins as per the agreed delivery date and dispatch occurs accordingly.

3. Courier Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery: Delivroo, Porter

Depending on your pin code and delivery type, your order may be assigned to any of the partners above.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched:

Tracking details will be shared via Email and/or SMS only. For pre-booked items delivered by our local delivery partners, real-time tracking may vary based on the partner’s availability.

5. Shipping Charges

We follow a Flat Rate Shipping model for all orders, unless otherwise specified during special promotions or bulk orders. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Taxes

The following taxes apply to online orders: 5% GST on all products and 5% GST on shipping charges

(All taxes are included or displayed as per applicable laws.)

7. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout. If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, the delivery will be marked as attempted/delivered, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure accurate address and contact information to avoid delivery failures.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions, Traffic restrictions, Courier network issues, Local holidays, Unforeseen operational challenges. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
